Refund policy

The Reptile Jungle offers no refunds on purchases made online or at in person events with some exceptions. We will offer exchange or digital gift cards on returns made within 10 days of purchase. There are no returns for live things (animals or plants) unless approved by Sasha or Joseph. If an item remains unopened it is eligible for exchange or digital gift card.

Items from online orders (excluding live things) can be returned to The Reptile Jungle at the expense of the customer. The Reptile Jungle does not supply the shipping expense to return any items. Contact must be made to The Reptile Jungle before returning an item for exchange or digital gift card. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and unused in the original packaging. A credit in the form of digital gift card or exchange will only be issued when the item is returned and evaluated by The Reptile Jungle.

Items deemed to be defective or damaged during transit will be issued a full refund including the shipping charge. If your item has been damaged in the mail The Reptile Jungle required a photo of the damaged packaging to qualify. Incorrect items sent by The Reptile Jungle will be issued a refund including the shipping charge.

Full refund will be given for online order items that were incorrectly shown as in stock at time of purchase.

Order cancelations are subject to a 10% fee.

There are no returns on final sale items, custom items, gift cards or preorders.

There are no refunds on deposits made in store or online.
