Shipping policy

Shipping with The Reptile Jungle.

TRJ ships Canada wide using the following shipping companies: Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, UPS, Canpar, GLS, and ICS. Please allow 1-5 business days to prep your entire order for shipment. 

We will always use the quickest & most reliable method of shipment selected by our customer at check out.

Freight available.

Supplies: All dry goods will ship Monday to Friday. Your order is important to us & we are working hard to complete it as fast as possible. Dry good shipping is available year round.

Live animals: Live animal shipments are subject to weather permitting conditions. Live animals will ship between Monday & Tuesday. Wednesday shipment available for Ontario. The address must be a physical address as we cannot ship to P/O boxes. Signature required to be collected by the courier. Animal shipping is dependent on weather, won't ship if the temps are too warm/cold here and/or at the destination. 

We reserve the right to postpone a shipment due to bad weather. --> Local delivery is available for live animals during December.

Local delivery is handled on a case by case basis if available. Please specify a day you will be home by email, if there is no day specified we will send out at our next available day. If a deliver goes out and you are not home to accept, a return mail will be billed. Deliveries can be left at a safe location you mention in email. Please indicate if you don't need a signature on delivery. For local delivery if the temp is below -10 then it will be postponed to a warmer day to ensure safe arrival.
